These Terms of Service govern, together with the Privacy Policy, your use of the Skip Meal intermittent fasting mobile application (”App”) and related services (“Services”) developed and provided by Evolui AB.
By using our App and Services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. Therefore, it is important that you carefully read through these Terms of Service. You confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please discontinue using our App and Services immediately.
Skip Meal is a service available online at, among other places, skipmeal.app, in the Apple App Store as "Skip Meal Intermittent Fasting" and the Google Play Store as "Skip Meal Intermittent Fasting". The purpose of Skip Meal is to help our users to learn and use fasting techniques, record their fasting periods, and to track their water intake, weight and fitness progress.
All personal information that you provide to us must be accurate, true and complete, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Your private information, including your email and password, is personal and may not be transferred or used by someone else. You are responsible for storing your login details in a safe manner. We are not in any way responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account or use of your login details. If you learn of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately inform us using the contact details at the bottom of this document.
You can at any time choose to delete your account at your convenience. Please note that uninstalling the mobile application or deleting your account will not automatically stop your subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription. Please note that our auto renewable In-app purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled using the App Store or Google Play cancelation services.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to create an account or submit any personal data through the App. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the required steps to delete that information from our database.
You are responsible for your own health. Evolui is not a medical organization and we will not provide you with any medical advice or diagnosis. The purpose of the Services is solely to help our users to record their fasting periods, and to track their water intake, weight and fitness progress. Information made available through the Services and by our partners and affiliates shall solely be used for recreational and educational purposes.
Intermittent fasting is safe for many people, but it's not for everyone. You should not do intermittent fasting under the following conditions: if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you have an eating disorder, if you have a history of eating disorders, if you are underweight, if you take prescription medications or if you have health conditions. You should always consult your doctor before starting to do intermittent fasting.
Always consult with your doctor before using our Services or if you experience any pain or discomfort. Evolui cannot guarantee any health, weight and fitness results or improvements. Our Services are only intended for healthy adults, and please do not use our Services if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired by intermittent fasting, diet changes or exercise.
Evolui is not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Services.
This section only applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Skip Meal Pro or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to the Skip Meal Pro during the time your subscription is valid. Skip Meal Pro also provides you with the option to start your subscription with a free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription by going to your iTunes Account Settings.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for.
Our auto renewable In-app purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled using the App Store or Google Play cancelation services. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent. If you would like to contact Apple, please click here.
All rights in and to the Services, including any trademarks, service marks, logos, software and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the App and Services is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable. You agree not to use our Intellectual Property for any other purposes except for your use of the Service unless required otherwise by applicable mandatory law. Any copying, republication or redistribution of the App or any of the Services is strictly prohibited.
You use Skip Meal at your own risk. The App and all of its content is provided on an ”As Is” basis and Evolui does not provide any assurances of the usability of the App. Evolui does not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error-free. Evolui does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software. References or links to third parties’ websites are provided "As Is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Evolui be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Evolui’s aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) membership fees paid by the user; (ii) membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year; or (iii) 5 000 SEK.
These Terms of Service and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of Sweden, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be resolved by the Swedish public courts, whereby the District Court of Malmö shall be the court of the first instance.
We reserve the right to, at any time, in our sole discretion amend and update these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service from time to time to understand the extent of changes. Your continued use of the App and Services constitutes your agreement to the amended and updated Terms of Service.
